These small group exercise classes incorporate cardio, strength, balance and mobility exercises to enhance older adults fitness.
These programs combine strength, balance, cardio and mobility exercises in an individualised program designed to improve and maintain function.
To qualify an initial assessment and planning appointment is required. An agreed set of goals are then formulated between the client and the therapist.
A client’s progress is monitored throughout the program. The total number of sessions is determined by the presenting condition, individual differences and client compliance.
The programs are run by a physiotherapist.
