Welcome to TMP | The Movement Program’s Movement and Mobility Fusion class! This 55-minute session is meticulously designed to incorporate elements of TMP, movement mobility, balance, and yoga, catering to the individual function requirements of our valued clients. Through a series of invigorating exercises, you will enhance total body coordination, improve balance, and cultivate a deeper understanding of how your body moves and interacts with the environment. Our expert instructors, inspired by renowned movement practitioners, create a comprehensive program addressing your specific needs.
