Our Balance Program at Fizzio Clinics is a carefully crafted exercise program designed to enhance balance and stability. Led by qualified instructors and therapists, including Physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, this program features exercises tailored to meet the unique balance needs of each participant. Whether you’re an older adult, recovering from an injury, or an athlete, our Balance Program offers modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.

What we Offer

Proprioception Exercises: Activities that improve body awareness and control, helping you better understand your body’s position in space.

  • Vestibular System Training: Exercises that challenge and enhance the inner ear system responsible for maintaining balance.
  • Functional Balance Movements: Incorporating real-life movements and activities to improve balance in everyday tasks.

Dynamic Balance Challenges: Exercises such as standing on one foot, walking heel to toe, and reaching for objects to develop better stability.

Use of Unstable Surfaces: Training with balance boards, BOSU balls, and other unstable surfaces to further enhance balance and coordination.
