Led by experienced instructors, this class includes a variety of stretching exercises tailored to meet the distinct needs of each participant. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our Stretch Class offers modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.

What we Offer

Diverse Stretching Techniques: Our class incorporates various stretching techniques, including:

  • Static Stretching: Holding a stretch for a specific period to lengthen muscles.
  • Dynamic Stretching: Moving through a full range of motion to prepare muscles for activity.
  • Active Stretching: Using your own body weight to deepen a stretch.
  • Passive Stretching: Utilising an external force, such as a partner or prop, to enhance the stretch.

Comprehensive Warm-Up and Cool-Down: Each session begins with a warm-up to increase blood flow and prepare muscles for stretching and ends with a cool-down to reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery.
