Balance & Mindfulness

These small group exercise classes incorporate balance and mindfulness exercises designed to address the changes that occur with ageing.

Our Approach

This program uses the latest evidence based research to assist clients with balance disruptions.

To qualify an initial assessment and planning appointment is required. An agreed set of goals are then formulated between the client and the therapist.

A client’s progress is monitored throughout the program. The total number of sessions is determined by the presenting condition, individual differences and client compliance.

The programs are run by a physiotherapist.
